Birthdays and stuff - Sunday

It's my mom's birthday this time, and the Marikina clan came over to celebrate with us. Mama Connie never fails to come over. I remember when Ate Michelle was still alive, the two of them were the first ones to greet my mother. Tito Camilo and Tita Beth (sans my cousin Tina) came to bring their yummy bibingka. I lent my old accounting books to Tina since she'll be starting college in June and it's never too early to get started.
The day was filled with chores and entertaining guests but we had that evening to wind down. I was even able to chat with Loi and Elaine, talking about Special Ed classes and pregnancy.
